Mackenzie Johnson (Durham, Conn.) has professional soccer aspirations.
The Oakwood SC Class of 2025 forward opted out of playing for Choate Rosemary Hall this season, because in June, she was given a roster spot by the Oakwood Boys MLS NEXT side. That unique opportunity allows Johnson to prepare herself for the next level by competing against some of the best male talent across the country.
Johnson's professional soccer aspirations became even more attainable after her recent commitment to SEC powerhouse South Carolina.
