Lana Gibbs (Marblehead, Mass.) has long considered the University of Southern California, commonly known as USC, to be her "dream school."
It’s not difficult to understand why the Pac-12 school seemed appealing to Gibbs, a Class of 2024 goalkeeper, who shines for the Brooks School and for FC Stars Blue ECNL.
USC offers great academics, and a women’s soccer program that has captured two national championships (2007, 2016) and is a perennial NCAA Tournament competitor. On top of that, you have the warm weather and palm trees.
Gibbs' dream will become a reality next year.
