Like most other Division I programs around the country, Providence College and the University of Connecticut spent the Fall 2020 semester on the sidelines watching sporadic games unfold amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, New England’s two Big East programs are poised to join the action during the Spring 2021 semester.
For UConn men’s soccer, it means starting practice Wednesday with small pods and building toward a non-conference opener in early February.
