The first-ever New England Soccer Journal preseason prep girls coaches poll is here.
The below 10 teams – some of the top ones in the Independent School League and Western New England Prep School Soccer Association – have cemented their place in the NEPSAC’s upper echelon, earning respect throughout the region. This poll solicited anonymous votes from coaches, and then points were tallied to determine each program's final ranking.
As games get underway in early September, there will undoubtedly be some surprises and shifts in the prep girls soccer landscape. That’s bound to happen with more and more ECNL, Development Academy and NPL players choosing the prep school route to supplement their soccer experience.
Without further ado, here are the teams that could make some waves on campuses throughout New England.
