Conference play is nearly here for New England's 23 Division 1 women's soccer programs. The script could change greatly as that unfolds, but there's plenty to assess and evaluate.
From that, we've compiled our first power rankings of the 2019 season. Teams throughout the region are ranked No. 1 through No. 23, with consideration given to form, quality and stature of the program. As a reference point, we've also included where each program placed in our preseason coaches poll.
To account for the past week’s games, we’ve also handed out our Player of the Week awards. See who took home the Offensive, Defensive and Rookie nods.
