With the 2017 season’s midpoint nearing, we fired up a Best XI of New England-based players – thus far.
Rather than going with the 11 best players overall, we stuck within the confines of a 3-4-3 formation. This allows for one goalkeeper, three defenders, four midfielders and three forwards. The idea is to provide balance and create a squad that’s pragmatic.
