Jenna Bike (Trumbull, Conn.) is making up for lost time.
Injuries threw Bike off track at Boston College and delayed the start of her professional career, but she is back to full speed and preparing with the Chicago Red Stars for her second season in the NWSL.
"It’s been great so far, personally a much better situation," said Bike, who totaled nine games for NJ/NY Gotham FC last season. "I fit into this team very well. The girls have been so welcoming. The staff is great. I told myself I was going to just do everything to enjoy this year and enjoy soccer with a really good attitude."
