As the 2020 New Hampshire high school season approached this summer, rumblings around the Granite State were that Oyster River would be Division II's team to beat.
Those early indications panned out, with the Bobcats (11-4-1) winning the D-II state championship this past Saturday with a 1-0 home victory over Bow.
The game-winner arrived from senior forward Caden Leader in double overtime, which should come as no surprise to those around NHIAA soccer.
