The feeling for the last couple weeks was that eight Class A teams in New England had set themselves apart in bids to qualify for the NEPSAC tournament, a feeling we correctly outlined in our most recent power rankings.
The burning question was which teams would be matched up against which. After Sunday, we know our answer.
The Class A quarterfinals on Wednesday feature two games between teams in the same league, and two between teams that haven’t met this season.
The winners advance to Saturday’s semifinals, with the championship game slated for Sunday at The Rivers School.
