The eight teams for the NEPSAC Class A girls soccer tournament have been selected.
There is three-time defending champion and top-seeded Buckingham Browne and Nichols, plus seven other teams that want to claim the title for themselves.
As we predicted in our tournament primer last week, the field is dominated by four teams from the Founders League. Two of them -- third-seeded Westminster and No. 6 Loomis-Chaffee -- will meet in Wednesday’s quarterfinal round.
