It was arguably the game of the year to this point in prep school girls soccer when Choate visited Worcester Academy on Tuesday.
In an evenly-matched battle between two of the region’s top teams, it was Worcester taking a 1-0 lead with under 20 minutes to play on a Sarah Hall goal. But the Wild Boars canceled that out, with Hayes Wheeler putting away the remnants of a Maeve Molloy corner kick with three minutes left to secure a draw.
It’s shaping up to be a season with no one dominant team, rather several that could be in the mix for NEPSAC championships in November.
