Taft, Loomis Chaffee and Choate have dominated the Connecticut boys’ prep soccer scene over the last few years.
But Tony Leone wants to change that.
“I want to add Westminster to that list,” said Leone. “That’s my goal in the immediate future.”
The new coach at Westminster, Leone was hired in February, taking over the Class B program from Jason Keough following a 6-10-1 season. Leone’s priority during his first few months on the job has been simple: create buzz and excitement for the vision he’s trying to build.
