Championship weekend has arrived for New England boys prep soccer teams.
The 2021 NEPSAC semifinals and championships will be contested Saturday and Sunday in all four classes. The title games will be played on Sunday at Loomis Chaffee (Windsor, Conn.), using two different fields. The Class C final will be at 10:30 a.m., the Class A final will be at 11 a.m., the Class D final will be at 1 p.m., and the Class B final will be at 1:30 p.m.
Throughout the weekend, many of the region’s best players, several of whom are already committed to college programs, will be putting their talents on display. But what about the players who remain uncommitted? For them, this weekend has the potential to be a significant showcase.
