Just days after returning home from India, where she competed with the U.S. U-17 Women’s Youth National Team at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, Nicollette Kiorpes (Worcester, Mass.) was asked where the experience ranks in her young soccer life.
She didn’t hesitate to provide an answer that seemed quite obvious.
"Oh yes, for sure, that’s No. 1," said Kiorpes, a standout for NEFC and senior star at Doherty Memorial High School. "That’s been a dream of mine, being able to play at the World Cup. Hopefully there’s more to come."
