Mid-fall games are firmly here, and in Division 3 circles that means conference pushes are reaching second (or even third) gear.
Amid the frenzy, let’s take a pause to evaluate who New England’s top-performing players have been. And we’ll do it in a Best XI format because, well, they 1) spark debate and 2) help provide some structure.
In a 3-4-3 formation, we’ve identified 11 standouts from the region’s D3 women’s soccer landscape who have impressed. They represent 10 different programs, though only four players have New England hometowns.
