Michael Suski is quick to call 2017 a "crazy year" — and you can’t blame him once he starts to explain why.
Last March, he trained with Dinamo Zagreb. He impressed so much that the Croatian side wanted to sign him. There also was a training stint with the Philadelphia Union’s academy in the spring, followed by a club nationals title over the summer as a guest player with NEFC.
In the fall, Suski put up 40 goals and 10 assists during his junior season to help Loomis Chaffee capture the NEPSAC Class A title. Shortly thereafter, he committed early to Boston College. Then he had surgery on his left hand to fix a torn ligament, sidelining him for nearly three months.
