While the traditional Founders League and Independent School League seasons won’t take place in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, another prep school league has a rough framework in place for interscholastic competition this fall.
The New Hampshire-centric Lakes Region League is planning to start competing Oct. 3 without fans in attendance, according to Kimball Union athletic director and boys head coach Michael Doherty.
The Lakes Region League has eight teams total, and they'd conclude the regular season in mid-November as students prepare to depart campus. Should health and safety allow, they’re moving forward.
