Kadrianna Letts always has loved soccer. That’s evident to anyone who watched her play growing up, whether it was stealing her sister’s ball and dribbling around the backyard, captaining the team for two years at Beverly (Mass.) High School or starring with NEFC Breakers.
Two years ago, in the midst of her freshman season at Division 1 Sacred Heart, she woke up and realized something: She wasn’t loving soccer.
“Once you get up and you’re like, ‘I don’t want to do this anymore,’ it’s not right for you or the team,” Letts said. “I know I love soccer. I always have. I wasn’t loving soccer.”
