When the college recruiting process began, Michael teDuits (Westwood, Mass.) never quite imagined an Ivy League program was in his future. He wasn’t a bad student by any means, but meeting their high academic standards is a tough ask for any student-athlete.
So as interest from Penn picked up last fall, it became clear to the GPS Massachusetts 2002 NPL winger that playing for the Quakers was a realistic possibility. He just needed to get his standardized test scores up.
That's exactly what teDuits did, and now he’s verbally committed to the Ivy League program in Philadelphia, Pa., for the Class of 2020.
