Year in and year out, one of the most fascinating New England boys prep league championship battles takes place in the 16-team Independent School League.
As we sit here now, halfway through the 2023 season, that sentiment is certainly holding true once again this fall.
Most ISL teams have already played seven league contests thus far, and eight programs have two losses or fewer. The league’s considerable talent and depth has fully been on display, and the final month of the regular season figures to be very compelling.
