It’s a famous story consistently told in history classes. Paul Revere rode through Massachusetts during the night to warn of possible British troop movement. Young children are told he informed the people, “The British are coming!”
Two-hundred and forty-four years later, the story is true, but it is in no way a negative. The British are indeed coming to New England, but they’re arriving to help young soccer players improve their games.
More and more European clubs and players — including ones from the English Premier League — are hosting camps, clinics and academies in New England.
