New England’s Division 2 men’s soccer field is a small one, but there’s still plenty of quality. Mindful of that, deciding who gets New England Soccer Journal’s year-end awards is a difficult endeavor.
Deliberation ensues, debates go back and forth over one player’s merits versus another’s, and valid arguments are heard.
Since that’s the nature of things, we’ve narrowed down our selections to one player, but have also included others under consideration.
