Due to the nature of the conference, there’s something intrinsically New England about the Northeast 10. The level of play is impressive, too, as three or four teams routinely make the NCAA Tournament out of the conference.
And while foreigners certainly leave their mark on the NE10 – just like on the men’s side – there are plenty of local players making a name for themselves in the Division 2 soccer landscape. They grew up in the six states we call home, with many shining as youth players at their respective high schools and club teams.
