Connecticut FC’s U-15 ECNL Girls Regional League team closed out their 2021-22 season with a strong showing on the West Coast at the ECNL Girls Regional League finals.
The CFC United U-15s, coached by Scott McBride, advanced all the way to the national finals, where they fell to California-based Beach FC, 2-1.
The 2022 Girls ECNL Regional League National finals were held in Redmond, Wash., just outside of Seattle, with the event running from June 23-26 for the top six U-15 teams in the country -- Albion Hurricanes FC, Beach FC, Connecticut FC, Crossfire Premier, Pacesetter SC and Washington Premier.
