LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. -- We’re reaching the final groups of standouts from the ECNL Girls’ Florida winter showcase, held Jan. 11- Jan. 13 at the Premier Sports Complex.
The next crop of players to highlight is the Class of 2027 midfielders. This is another impressive collection of players, including the FC Stars Blue 2008 tandem of Brenna Gregorski and Lily Blosser. The pair controlled play from the midfield, behind their two-way ability, helping FC Stars Blue compete against some of the best ECNL teams in the country.
All five midfielders on this list contributed to both sides of the ball and displayed unique versatility. We’ve already highlighted standouts from the Class of 2026 and 2027 forwards. Class of 2027 defenders and goalkeepers are the only groups missing, and they'll come next week.
