Myriad emotions surfaced as Development Academy players, less than 24 hours removed from receiving the landmark news from U.S. Soccer, reflected on what was taken away.
Their 2019-20 season – and all subsequent DA ones – was called off, leaving uncertainty over what comes next with the federation’s flagship league cancelled.
