The stars of this past Division 3 soccer season in New England, especially the seniors, are well known.
Ben Manoogian (Peabody, Mass.) at Connecticut College. Moctar Niang at Bowdoin. Chauncey Allers (Wilton, Conn.) at Western Connecticut State. Riley Doherty (Shrewsbury, Mass.) at WPI. The list goes on and on.
But as those seniors graduate from their respective programs, spots open for new household names. That's why New England Soccer Journal has highlighted 10 players who, come 2019, are virtual locks to leave their mark on local D3 soccer.
They're not quite breakout players, but rather well-established ones who have proven track records. If all goes to plan, they'll be the can't-miss names next fall around New England's D3 landscape.
