The brackets for the 2024 NCAA Division 2 men’s and women’s soccer championships were announced on Monday.
The men’s tourney will feature 40 teams. Ten teams were selected from each of the four super regions. Teams from the same region will be paired for first- and/or second-round competition, which will be conducted on Friday and Sunday. The third-round will be held on Dec. 1, followed by the quarterfinals on Dec. 7. All preliminary round competitions will be played on campuses of competing institutions. The semifinals and final will be played Dec. 12 and 14 at Sportsplex at Matthew Stadium in Matthews, N.C., hosted by Wingate University.
Defending champion Franklin Pierce is back in the field and looking to complete a three-peat.
On the women’s side, there will be a field of 56 teams.
