Across New England, Division 1 women’s soccer teams have returned to the field for the start of preseason training.
Believe it or not, the 2022 season openers for most teams from the region are just nine days away. It’ll start the journey to crowning conference champions in November and a national champion in December.
Last week, United Soccer Coaches unveiled their preseason national top 25, and there wasn’t a single New England side that earned a spot in the poll. However, there’s still plenty of teams in the region capable of putting together an impressive 2022 season.
Today, we do our part by unveiling our preseason top 10 women’s D1 teams in New England.
