Entering this season, the Bryant University men’s soccer team hadn’t finished a campaign with a winning record since 2014.
But there are now strong indications that the drought will be coming to an end in the near future.
It’s not hyperbole to say the Bulldogs have been arguably the biggest surprise of this young season, not only in New England, but in all of men's Division 1 college soccer.
Bryant, under first-year head coach Ruben Resendes, is off to a perfect 5-0 start to the season, marking the first time the program has ever accomplished that feat. The Bulldogs are yet to concede a goal, outscoring opponents, 12-0.
