There’s not much time left in the season for Division 1 men’s teams to make moves in the standings, so every game feels like it carries a little extra weight.
One moment of brilliance or one lapse in judgement at this time of year can change the course of a season.
There are plenty of matches around New England that should carry the extra intensity of postseason berths and regular-season championships on the line. Those will be played with a little more pace and a little more edge as teams try to reach top speed and make one final run to the finish line.
