With the month of May in focus, our local club soccer world will have a two-tiered focus for their organizations and ultimately for each player and family.
The first and most immediate priority is the current spring 2023 season. The second and more intermediate target involves looking ahead to the 2023-24 competitive club soccer season.
Many local clubs are already asking players and families to register for next season’s tryouts. Some clubs are looking to secure players for top-level teams for next year as well to build their competitive rosters. The crazy tryout season is officially here. In this column, my aim is to help support parents with some advice and guidance that hopefully empowers them when making their decision on where they end up.
