Clint Peay will be prioritizing player development when Revolution II begins play in USL League One next spring.
But the head coach also plans to produce a team with a winning edge, too, as the New England Revolution expand their development pathway.
“I think winning is part of development,” Peay said recently. “You need to teach how to compete, how to manage games, whether you’re behind or winning the game. Certainly, winning will be a focus on development.”
