For as long as Brittany Raphino can remember, she’s relied on her speed and athleticism. Those traits have served her well, too, as she captained Thayer Academy in 2017 to a NEPSAC Class B title and committed to Brown University during the winter of her sophomore year.
But now in the thick of the ECNL season with FC Boston’s U-18 ECNL team, Raphino knows those traits aren’t enough anymore. She wants to become a more dynamic forward with the ability to change the game in a variety of ways.
