The Brown University men’s soccer team found success from 2013-16 with a former Boston Bolts forward, and now another standout from the club is set to join in 2021.
Michael Balleani (Woburn, Mass.), nearly a half decade after Nate Pomeroy (Groton, Mass.) was a co-captain and Honorable Mention All-Ivy League selection, has committed to the Bears under head coach Pat Laughlin.
Balleani, who’s currently a junior at Noble and Greenough of the Independent School League, was one of New England’s most sought-after Class of 2021 players before making his decision late last week.
