At an ideal time, forwards German Giammattei and Ada Okorogheye are in the ascendancy for the Amherst College men’s soccer team.
They’ve combined for seven goals and two assists during the Mammoths’ (16-2-2, 7-2-1 NESCAC) return to Final Four weekend as part of the program’s 15th straight Division 3 NCAA tournament appearance.
And now the 2015 national champions will face Chicago on Friday evening in Greensboro, North Carolina (7:45 pm ET), with the winner advancing to battle Connecticut College or Washington and Lee in Saturday’s title bout.
